Who we are

Batehpa SL Limited ("we", "us") is an AI business transformation and automation company based in Sierra Leone. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you submit our inquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, organisation, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number (optional), country, industry, the service you are interested in, an indicative budget (optional), your description of your business challenge, your preferred contact method, and a record of your consent.

To protect the form from abuse we keep a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address for up to 24 hours. We do not store your raw IP address with your inquiry. The site uses a single essential session cookie for security; we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss the services you asked about.
• To prepare proposals or arrange an AI Business Audit if you request one.
• To keep a record of our business communications.
• To send occasional service updates — only if you ticked the optional marketing box. You can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your information. We do not send your contact details to AI providers or other third parties without a clear purpose, appropriate safeguards, and your authorisation where required.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting business relationship, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or for an active contract.

How we protect it

Inquiries are stored in a secured database accessible only to authorised staff through a password-protected administration area. We use encrypted connections where supported by our hosting environment and limit access to the people who need it.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending marketing updates. Please quote your inquiry reference when you contact us.
